Must Have- Chocolate Raspberry Whoopie Pie
Dropped down from dessert heaven, this piece of rich perfection is the definition of a fine Michelin starred dessert. A light dusting of raspberry crumble floating atop 2 pillow like chocolate sponge patties with a layer of vanilla cream resting in-between. BUT that’s not all, a layer of rich chocolate alongside sweet raspberry sauce hides at the center for a sublime surprise. Each layer bringing a new level of complementary flavors that can only be described as dessert nirvana.
